Budget tyres are budget tyres for a reason, they lack quality, and quality is certainly what you pay for when it comes to tyres. If you install 4 budget tyres on your car rather than installing pricier tyres, then they are less likely to get you as far.

Don’t be lead to believe that any expensive tyres are going to be better, but usually the band of the tyre is a good initiator. If you’re using a well know branded tyre, then it’s likely to be of a higher quality, and of course it is likely to be more expensive. That doesn’t mean to say that you won’t get your money’s worth with a budget tyre because yours will. Some unbranded tyres can be used for more than 30,000 miles, which is more than the average driver drives in a year

Do not, however, expect budget tyres to last for 4-5 years because the fact is they won’t not if you regularly use your vehicle anyways, but they can be an adequate short term replacement.
